A graduate of Stanford in Music & Theatrical Lighting Design, Jacob combines a theatrical experience with the joys of a quality meal. Jacob has hosted pop up dinners in the Morehead Planetarium, PlayMakers Repertory Company in Chapel Hill, on the banks of the Haw River, the rooftop at Citrix in downtown Raleigh and inside the Raleigh Denim workshop.
